Dramix flooring solution for Landmark’s expanding retail operations

Landmark Group developed its Landmark I facility in Dubai World Central to support the operations of one of the Middle East’s largest retail and hospitality organizations.

The challenge

 

The Landmark I facility required a durable industrial flooring system capable of supporting large scale warehousing activities and continuous material movement within a high-volume retail distribution environment. Long term floor reliability and operational efficiency were important for uninterrupted logistics operations.

The solution

 

Dramix® steel fibre reinforced concrete was selected to deliver a durable flooring solution for the Landmark I facility in Dubai World Central. The fibre reinforced slab provided reliable structural performance and long-term durability for demanding warehouse operations while supporting efficient floor construction across the 75,000 m² project area.
