Ultra AC Desarrollos, one of Mexico's most experienced and reliable real estate developers, has consolidated its presence in the industrial market with the development of Ultra Park Toluca I.
A new 42,000 m² industrial building was constructed, designed for high-volume logistics operations. The project included maneuvering yards and storage areas with 15 cm thick slabs, which demand high structural performance and durability under intense dynamic loads.
Design an industrial flooring system that can withstand the constant traffic of forklifts and heavy trucks, minimize maintenance, and ensure a long lifespan. Additionally, the client required a construction solution that offered efficiency, surface quality, and crack resistance across large areas using a saw cut floor.
To meet the client's structural and functional requirements, reinforced slab a design using Dramix® 4D 80/60 BGE metallic fibers with a dosage of 10 kg/m³ was chosen. This solution eliminated the need for reinforcement, traditional accelerated mesh the construction process, and resulted in a slab with excellent performance under repetitive loads and demanding operating conditions. Thanks to the optimal dosage of fibers and precise execution, a floor with high resistance to impact, wear and fatigue was achieved, ideal for large-scale industrial applications.
