    Ascendas First Space, a top warehouse developer, planned over 2 million sq.m of flooring across Maharashtra, Karnataka, Chennai, and Haryana. To meet durability and speed goals, we partnered to deliver Dramix® Steel Fiber Saw-Cut floors with design and site support, building trust since 2021. 

    The challenge

     

    The project involved building multiple large warehouse floors, each ranging from 10,000 to 20,000 sqm, designed to handle heavy point loads from racking systems and distributed loads from equipment. The key challenge was ensuring high structural durability and long-term performance while enabling fast, efficient, and cost-effective construction.

    The solution

     

    For the project’s saw-cut flooring system, we replaced traditional rebar reinforcement with Dramix® 3D 80/60BG Steel Fibers to meet the demanding requirements of heavy-load performance and rapid construction. This solution eliminated time-consuming rebar processes like cutting, tying, and placement, significantly streamlining construction.
