Established in 1931, Baqer Mohebi Enterprises (BME) serves as the marketing and distribution arm of Zainal Mohebi Holding, supplying FMCG, HORECA and tobacco products across the UAE. With over 6,000 clients, 3,000 SKUs and 40 international brands, the company required a large, modern facility to support its expanding distribution operations.
The development of the new facility required a durable slab-on-grade solution capable of supporting extensive warehousing, high load movements and continuous logistics operations. The 66,000 m² area needed reliable performance and efficient construction suitable for BME’s fast-moving distribution activities.
Dramix 80/60 steel fibre reinforcement was selected for the 66,000 m² slab-on-grade application. By replacing traditional reinforcement, Dramix simplified construction and reduced on-site complexity. The fibres ensured consistent crack control and long term durability, supporting heavy warehouse operations and high traffic movement within the facility. The solution contributed to a robust and efficient floor system aligned with BME’s distribution requirements.
