Dramix steel fibres reinforcing Landmark’s large-scale retail logistics hub

Landmark Group developed its first large-scale facility in Dubai to support the operations of one of the Middle East’s largest retail and hospitality conglomerates.

The challenge

 

The facility required a durable industrial flooring system capable of supporting continuous warehouse operations and large-scale material movement across a high-traffic logistics environment. Long-term floor reliability and operational performance were critical for daily distribution activities.

The solution

 

Dramix® steel fibre reinforced concrete was selected to deliver a durable flooring solution for the Landmark facility in Dubai. The fibre reinforced slab provided enhanced structural performance and long term durability for demanding warehouse operations. The solution also supported efficient construction while delivering reliable industrial floor performance across the 75,000 m² project area.
