    LCS-CN Asset

    The LCS-CN ASSET warehouse project in Chonburi, Thailand, was initiated to meet the growing demand for modern and efficient logistics facilities in the region. As a strategic investment by LCS-CN ASSET Co., Ltd., the project aimed to provide a state-of-the-art warehouse and distribution center to support the increasing needs of businesses.

    The challenge

     

    LCS-CN ASSET Co., Ltd., aiming to build a new warehouse and distribution center in Chonburi, Thailand, faced the dual challenges of ensuring surface durability and fast construction while minimizing the risk of cracks. The project required a flooring solution that could meet these requirements while ensuring high quality and durability.

    The solution

     

    Bekaert collaborated closely with the flooring contractor to deliver comprehensive flooring solutions tailored to the project’s specific needs. This collaboration included vital on-site support during the pre-pouring phase, ensuring that the application of the Dramix® 3D 65/60BG solution was executed to the highest standards.

     

    The solution was selected for its remarkable durability and crack resistance, which are crucial for a warehouse environment. Moreover, it significantly reduced construction time compared to traditional steel solutions, thereby accelerating the overall project timeline.
