Built for high-demand liquid logistics with Dramix reinforcement

TriStar developed a new logistics facility in Dubai to support its integrated liquid logistics operations serving the petroleum and chemical industries across regional and global markets.

The challenge

 

The facility required a durable slab on-grade flooring system capable of supporting demanding logistics operations associated with liquid chemical and petroleum handling activities. Reliable long-term floor performance was essential to support continuous warehousing and operational movement within the facility.

The solution

 

Dramix® steel fibre reinforced concrete was selected to deliver a durable slab-on-grade flooring solution for the TriStar facility in Dubai. The fibre reinforced slab provided reliable structural performance and long-term durability for demanding liquid logistics and warehousing operations while supporting efficient floor construction across the 13,000 m² facility.
