Built for advanced aerospace production with Dramix reinforcement

Zodiac Aerospace developed its Dubai facility to support aerospace equipment and systems operations serving commercial, regional and business aircraft applications.

The challenge

 

The facility required a durable slab on-grade flooring system capable of supporting demanding industrial operations within an aerospace manufacturing environment. Reliable long-term floor performance was essential to support continuous operational activities across the facility.

The solution

 

Dramix® steel fibre reinforced concrete was selected to deliver a durable slab-on-grade flooring solution for the Zodiac Aerospace facility in Dubai. The fibre reinforced slab provided reliable structural performance and long-term durability for industrial operations while supporting efficient floor construction across the 5,000 m² project area.
